Cesc Garriga did not want to miss the opportunity to learn more, below we show you the interview of our student Cesc Garriga . Do not miss it! Cesc gradually introduced himself to eLearning and it was then that he began to study the master's degree in Gamification and Transmedia Narrative with IEBS.

The keys to Gamification in companies Tell us a little cell numbers list about yourself. What is your job? During my degree, I set up my own company, which allowed me to take the necessary business approach to work hard and always be proactive. When that ended, I immersed myself fully in the world of audiovisual communication until managing a team of people who made content for radio and television. Then I jumped into the world of eLearning and training until today, where I direct the company's learning business area for external clients and I am also responsible for the eLearning training of all the group's employees. What training did you have before starting IEBS? I started the Multimedia Engineering degree at La Salle, but I left it halfway through the course to start a degree at the Ramón Llull University on Electronic Art and Audiovisual Design, since at that time the degrees focused on ICT were a bit scarce.

Tell us a little about your final project, do you plan to apply it in working life? The final master's project at IEBS was a real project from the beginning. I set up a gamified internal social network to improve the internal communication of the company for which I continue to work today. What is more important in transmedia architecture, the message or the media? Of course the message, but it is vitally important to study and adapt the message to the means by which it will be transmitted. So I would say both equally. What analysis tools are used in gamification? Wow! I would never finish naming tools according to the type of gamified project. As I see it, the most important thing is to define well the KPIs that you want to obtain from the use of the service and then use the necessary tools.
